Hawk is a 2010 APhC registered 15.2 hand gelding. He is sweet and personable, in your pocket, likes people, and easy to catch! His ground manner are impeccable and he is also quite nice to ride.
Hawk has had 2+ years under a trainer that focuses on a ranch riding/western dressage direction and his training translates as such. In our program he has been trail ridden and ridden dressage. He quite enjoys the dressage way and would make an excellent western dressage or lower level dressage horse for an amateur seeking a partner to dabble on.
Hawk has been ridden by kids and beginners and he is forgiving of mistakes and bobbles. He is suitable to be owned by a beginner but does best with a couple of trainer rides/mo to keep him from feeling like he is the boss. He can be on the forward side, so a confident rider is his best match.
